CHURCH UPDATES
This month was packed. Church picnics, Sunday strolls, weddings…I don’t think there was a single moment that wasn’t filled!
At LNE we continued in our Amos sermon series where we are reminded of God’s ever present call to REMEMBER that He is King, REPENT for the ways that we ignore or rebel against his reign, but also the good news that he invites us to RETURN to him without fear or shame. It has been a good reminder in a hectic and busy season that God is a good king, who’s desires are for our good and who cares deeply for us.
This month I got to share that message, not just from the pulpit, but from the streets as we returned to the Sunday Stroll event in Bristol where families stopped by our tent to talk, ask questions, be prayed for, and hear the good new of a good king who invites all people into his royal family. Adding to the goodness that August brought on the Church front, I am just really grateful for the friendships that are growing between myself and the members of the minsiterium. It is really cool to see the Church recognize its family nature despite denominational differences. I truley believe that it can only lead to great things for the people of Bristol when the church is united.
On a more business related note — this month I was introduced to a consultant who was really excited to hear about what it is we are doing in Bristol! After a long conversation he decided to take me on as a client to help me develop and refine my messaging as I work to raise the funds needed to see Liberti Bristol become what it needs to be for the families we are trying to serve. In the next week or so I meet with him again and I am looking forward to gaining some clarity and a clearer articulation of our mission and vision so that we can get more people like you excited and on board!
In September when Evan returns to LNE, it will finally be time for Laura and I to transition from leadership there to focus completely on building towards Bristol and we are really excited for that! From that point on we will have about a year to recruit and train our team, and to raise the needed funds, to launch successfully in the Fall of 2024. So we need you! We will only be able to do so with the help of people like you! So please, consider asking God how he wants you to help, or ask us how we could use an extra hand. It would mean the world to hear back from some of you!
PERSONAL UPDATES
August continues on our discovery journey with Brynn’s allergies. As I have expressed before, this has been really rough on Laura and and I, so please continue in your prayers for us — specifically that we would be able to find the solution and for Laura as this whole thing has put a large toll on her with the continually changing and restrictive diets that this process has demanded of her.

PRAYER
Would you commit to including Liberti Bristol in your prayers? Would you pray for softened hearts? Would you pray that God would open doors and opportunities for us to be ambassadors for His kingdom? That we would have eyes to see opportunity and the willingness to pursue it — even when it’s difficult?

Be in prayer that supporters like you would partner with us to support what God is doing here. Be in prayer for Laura for high spirits and for stregnth. For Brynn for healing and good health. For me for perseverance and patience. PRESENCE
We desperately need your prayers, but we also need your presence! Liberti Bristol needs mission-minded people like you; willing to do the work and take the risks to participate with God in the expansion of His kingdom! If you'd like to consider joining our launch team, then I invite you to stop by our house on a Wednesday night. Every Wednesday from 6:30 - 8:30PM, our team comes together as a family — adults and children — for a time of fellowship and prayer. Come meet us and see if this is where you belong!
PROVISION
And finally, provision. Listen, we believe that God will provide for that which He has ordained. Liberti Bristol isn't a project of our own, but rather it's our effort to be obedient to God's call on our lives and to be his ambassadors and priests, declaring the good news of God's Kingdom; inviting others to repentance and to come and see that He is good. And so, we believe that God will provide for us. But we believe He'll do it through people like you! Would you consider being a part of God's provision to us?
